What is Piggipo GO?
Piggipo GO is an application that help you manage credit card easier and use each credit card more effective.
How to use Piggipo GO?
Piggipo GO will have two main features: Credit Card and Wallet.

Creating a Credit Card :
1.Add a credit card by selecting the bank and card name you want.
2.Enter card details such as credit limit, billing cycle start date, due date, and set up payment reminders, etc.
3.To save the information, select the desired card, press the plus sign, and enter the date, amount, and category for the expense.
4.When you tap on an entry, it will display all expenses for each day within that billing cycle.
5.Tapping on the graph will show an overview of expenses by category.

Creating a Wallet :
1.Add a wallet and give it a name as needed.
2.When you want to record data, select the wallet, tap the plus sign, and choose the type of entry you want to make: income, expense, or transfer.
3.Enter the date, amount, and category for the entry.
4.Tapping on an entry will display all entries for each day of that month.
5.Tapping on the graph will provide an overview of financial transactions and expenses by category.

What is a "Budget" and how come the pig looks sick sometimes?
"Budget" is a tool to helps you manage your credit card spending. You can set a "Budget" for the amount that you would like to spend during this period. If you have more than one credit cards, the "Budget" will be calculated from collective spending of all the cards during the current billing cycle of each card. You will be notice your cash behavior by "Piggipo" emotion due your budget setting.

Smiling Pig : mean that your cash behaviours all good and under control.
Crying Pig : mean be careful, almost hit the budget limits.
Angry Pig : mean you already spending hit the budget limit or out of control.
What is the "Payment" menu?
"Payment" shows old credit card bills and transactions from previous billing cycles. “Payment” is great for the following purposes:
1. Keep track of all upcoming statements to help you manage your cash flow.
2. Recheck past transactions against your bank statements.
3. Calculate interest expense if you choose to make partial payments. To calculate interest expense, select a past bill under the "Payment" menu, click "Mark as paid", then enter the amount you would like to pay.. .

"Payment" also corresponds to “Budget”. Mark “Payment” as paid in order to free up your “Budget” for the next billing cycle.
What are these lingos?
1. Statement date : the last day for a billing cycle.
2. Due date : the date on which you must make payment to the bank before interest is applied.
3. Credit limit : maximum amount that you plan to use on a card. This may be the credit limit set by the bank for that card or any amount you set.
4. Extra credit : you payment advance into the credit card to temporary increase your credit limit.
5. installment : when you choose to pay only a part of the total amount due. (instead of the full amount)
5.1. flat interest rate - Interest charged on the loan without taking into consideration that periodic payments reduce the amount loaned. Hence, same interest will apply throughout the life of the loan.
6. Total Spending : the calculation amount of this billing statement.
7. Amount pay : the amount that you would like to pay for the billing.
How do I set Alert Notification?
"Alert Notification" is your personal secretary and will remind you to make payment before the payment due date of each card. You can turn this notification on/off by selecting a card and choose “edit”.
How to transfer data from the Piggipo app to the Piggipo GO app?
The Piggipo app cannot transfer data to the Piggipo GO app because the Piggipo app has been discontinued, which means you can't sync data, export to Excel, re-login, or sign in on other devices anymore.
Is it possible to auto-sync with banks?
Currently, the Piggipo GO app has discontinued its auto-sync service with banks, which means you cannot sync your data with banks at this time
Is Piggipo GO available for free to use?
Currently, the Piggipo GO app offers a free 7-day trial period, and you can also use it without a subscription. However, there are limitations, such as being able to add only one credit card and one wallet entry.
How do I export to Excel?
1.Go to menu "More".
2.Select a "Store".
3.Choose "Export to Excel".
4.Enter the email where you want to send the data (it doesn't have to be the same as your login email).
5.Select "Confirm".

Subscription

How many subscription plan for Piggipo GO?
Currently, Piggipo GO offers three subscription packages:
Monthly Package: 59 Baht per month
Yearly Package: 599 Baht per year.
Lifetime Package: 1,799 Baht for a lifetime subscription.
How do the monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions differ from each other?
In terms of functionality, there is no difference between the monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions on Piggipo GO. You can access all the app's features with any of these subscriptions. However, if you choose the yearly subscription, you will receive a bonus icon category pack Vol.1 and 2. With the lifetime subscription, you'll also get bonus icon category packs Vol.1 and 2, plus custom categorties Both the yearly and lifetime subscriptions offer great value in terms of pricing.
If already purchased the lifetime package, why still being charged for other packages?
Since the lifetime membership subscription uses a separate payment system through a QR code, it is separate from the Apple Store and Google Play Store billing systems. Therefore, if you had previously subscribed to monthly or yearly, you need to cancel those subscriptions through the Apple Store or Google Play Store to prevent duplicate charges.
How to cancel my subscription?
For iOS :
1.Open your phone's settings
2.Tap on your Apple ID.
3.Tap on "Subscriptions."
4.Find and select "Piggipo GO."
5.Tap on "Cancel Subscription."
If you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button or see a message in red stating that it has expired, it means your subscription has already been canceled.

For Android :
1.Go to "Subscriptions" in Google Play.
2.Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3.Tap "Cancel Subscription."
How to request a refund?
For payments made through different platforms, here are the refund processes:
Apple Store:
Google Play Store:

QR code payment:
If the payment is within 7 days, customers will receive a 100% refund after deducting taxes and processing fees.
If the payment exceeds 7 days but is still within 30 days, customers will receive an 80% refund after deducting taxes and processing fees.
If the payment exceeds 30 days, no refund can be requested under any circumstances.

To request a refund, please provide the following details:
1.The login channel and the email or phone number used for login.
2.Proof of payment.
3.Date and time of subscription.
4.The reason for requesting a refund.
5.Contact email for further communication.

Security

How does Piggipo GO ensure and maintain security?
Don't need to worry about security. Your data is protected in separate databases using multiple layers of hardware, and the software encryption is certified with an SSL certificate with high-level encryption details up to 256 bits, which is the same security standard used by global financial institutions.
Does Piggipo GO store your username and password?
Our application does not store your username and password.
Will anyone be able to access the information I input into Piggipo GO?
We prioritize and respect the privacy of our customers. We have clear terms and conditions in place before you start using the application. You can be confident that your personal information will be kept confidential, and there will be no selling or unauthorized sharing of your email address and personal data with third parties.
How can I protect my Piggipo GO account?
We have a passcode system consisting of a 4-digit numerical code (Passcode) that you must enter before using the application. This provides basic assurance that no one can access your Piggipo GO account without knowing your passcode. For added security, avoid installing programs from unknown individuals or companies.
How to Delete User Data on the Piggipo GO Application?
To delete user data on the Piggipo GO application, you can follow these steps:
1.You can request the deletion of user data through the following contact methods:
1.1) Report the issue on the application.
1.2) Facebook Page: Piggipo
1.3) Line ID: @piggipo
2.Provide the following information through the above-mentioned contact methods:
2.1) The email address associated with your Piggipo GO application account that you want to have data deleted.
2.2) The login credentials of the account you want to delete.
2.3) Screenshots of your personal information within the application.
2.4) The referral code from other sections of the account you wish to delete.
3.Piggipo will process the deletion of your user data on the application within 5 business days.
4.Please be aware that if you request the deletion of your user data, it will not be recoverable.
